When you book a course program at Dalum Academy of Agricultural Business (DAAB), we aim for the booking to be a settled agreement. For this reason, we make a contract, signed by all relevant parties. However, if you have to cancel an already booked program, there are following conditions that you should have in mind:

• You can cancel without costs, until 4 weeks before program start
• If you cancel 2-4 weeks before program start, there will be a payment of 50% of the contracted amount
• If you cancel 0-2 weeks before program start, there will be a payment of 95% of the contracted amount
• If you book lecturing/consultancy abroad (in your own country), the same terms are valid. DAAB holds the right to change conditions towards specific customers and partners
• Accepted currencies are DKK, EUR and USD – all by bank transfer. Specific payment details will be listed in the contracts
